Discussion about
Can Small Claims Court truly produce anything tangible . . . like CASH? Any comments at all would be appreciated! I realize its kinda vague without the specifics but refraining from the details for personal reasons.

If it can produce anything, cash is it. But you have to sneakily obtain the banking details if you win, then get a marshal (?) to squeeze the money out of their accounts. Using the Harlem courthouse is more fun, especially if you're suing someone based downtown.

I didn't even think about the Harlem Court . . .
Why is using the Harlem Court House 'more fun?' . . . just because a 'downtown-er' would have to come uptown??
