Anyone know anything about the ONYX Chelsea. Neighborhood is so so but the apartments are amazing and the building is new. What am I missing? Help. :->

IMHO, nothing. I sold a 2-BR in the Onyx fairly recently; there's a discount to "proper" Chelsea because of the neighborhood.

Sandwiched between the Penn Houses and Penn Station. Not good.
