Yeah, saw this place. This apartment will be bought by the sucker who thinks we are at new highs. Delusional.

Not much inventory for 2bed/2bath under 1.5mm in Tribeca.

Ha! We put in a low offer and were told that they intentionally underpriced the apartment. According to the broker, it appraised for $1.55...We hoofed the 5 flights at the open house (perfect timing for a broken elevator, huh?) and loved the apartment, though it's a bit small, not great if you have kids (or more than an infant), but there's nothing like it price and finish-wise in prime Tribeca.

I still don't think it's worth what they're asking, but another delusional idiot (as dmag2020 said) will pay a bubble price simply because there's no inventory. I suspect a bidding war...
