Discussion about
Hi All, the NY Financial Planning Association is having its annual Financial Fitness workshop at NYU this Saturday, October 2. I'll be speaking on residential real estate along with Apple Mortgage broker David Breitstein (who is wonderful). There's a Q&A, and judging from last year, 80% of the questions are about how to pass a co-op board. The all-day event (there are also panels on everything from insurance to investing panels) is $40, with proceeds going to charity. https://m360.fpany.org/ViewEvent.aspx?id=16113&instance=0 ali r. w67, I always do what you say. Putting $$ to a Hawaii vaca as we speak.

ev, I think you overestimate my level of technical sophistication ... by like a thousand percent .. but I will get the most interesting stuff on the web somehow & post a link back on this thread.

Ali, don't listen to w67: spend your God-given Yankee dollars here in America instead of propping up those Polynesian heathens. polynethian heathenz. polynezen heazenz.

I don't think w67th can afford to both buy a place AND buy you a steak dinner. That's like shorting Lehman stock in your Lehman account.

Hey alanhart. Wherez you been?

Heathens, will only take gold, but for miles they'll take visa.

Inonada. Tis be the problem. Value of a meal versus nyc re? Can a 800sf cardboard box with a doorman be worth a million cheeseburger dollar meals, but what if it came with fries?

Ali, it's easy: I've put (one) powerpoint presentation on Slideshare:
http://www.slideshare.net/

Same as uploading a file. If you're truly bored out of your skull and have nothing better to do, you're more than welcome to take a look; just search my name. And of course, YouTube for video. But your time might be better spent planning the Hawaii vacation!
