I'm having an OPEN HOUSE at 357 East 57 Street, #16E - it's a lovely inviting apartment facing south with bright sunshine throughout. I'm selling without a broker at $499,000. It's a good deal. The apartment has 10' ceilings, new floor, with a dishwasher, and a washer/dryer as well.
Why don't you provide more info like is it a studio, 1 BR, maint amount, overall sq ft....?
Hofo, looking at a comp in the same line shows its an aprox 700sqft one bedroom. As for the monthly maintenance...judging by the other units for sale in the building, I'm guessing its about $1350(high for a 1bed).
