Venetto and Laurel - Any thoughts?

Have been looking at both The Laurel (60% sold now, sponsor slashing prices by about 9% on recent sales) and the Venetto to buy a 2000 sft 3 Bedroom. Based in the Far East, so difficult to monitor market and go for viewings etc. Any body have any first hand experiences/thoughts? Thanks guys

Say, what % of that was right back to the developer?
Still, an expensive building to live amongst...dare I say...renters
