SE closing data - where does it come from?

where does SE get their closing data? i checked the building in question on ACRIS and there's nothing there, meanwhile streeteasy shows closings... anyone know?

i was under the impression ACRIS..if its prior to 2004, likely ACRIS, but not the public version. Are u referring to older sales? Or newer ones?

should be ACRIS..check the ALT ADDRESS..one headache we are finding as we prepare to launch our new systems. For example, 55 vestry is recorded as 415 washington in acris..the issue is a discrepency between the bldg address u are marketed on listing side and the bldg address that is recorded on acris side. Sometimes they dont match. Check SE for alt address..they did do great job lining these up.
