Till October 13th. No reason given. Wonder if Ackman wasn't involved in delay. Smart guy and plenty to lose here.

Ironic that the topic of coop conversion keeps coming up. Any apartments converted to such status would no longer be available to future generations of tenants in need of rent stabilization. of course don't expect any buyers to complain here. So why is this different than if vacated units became market rate? Bottom line it isn't!
