Need some help - Here's the background Just replaced floors in condo 2 weeks ago (luxury condo, 400 plus units). Building had water turned off on our line last week. We left sink turned on, when water on our line was turned back, it flooded apartment, damaging the floors in 1 bedroom and hallway (about 200 square feet /-) Adjuster came out, said he needs an incident report from the building. Super says that management company advised him not to issues an incident report, so he will not. Adjuster says he never heard of such a thing... thoughts? Thanks
