http://www.corcoran.com/property/listing.aspx?Region=NYC&ListingID=2053246 What a strange building, and unpleasantly so! It's neither new construction nor the old guard, like a medium-range hotel. All apartments I saw there had bathroom(s) in the most unexpected places, and everything is small and gives a dorm-y, temporary feel. And the "terrace" is a balcony if I ever saw one. The brokers don't provide the square footage, and it's clear why. Is the location alone enough to justify the way way overpriced units?
