1510 Lexington - Carnegie Hill Place

Any live here or check this place out? Prices seem delusional but I assume they are getting negotiated down a lot. I had a hard time getting straight answers about their occupancy rate and state of construction. Leasing person didn't seem to want to show any of the amenities they supposedly have. And the place seemed really empty when i was there. Seems like it could be an alternative to the Related buildings a few blocks away, especially overpriced One Carnegie Hill if you want a washer/dryer in the apt and newer finishes. But not if it means being in a practically empty building on 97th and Lex. Any info would be appreciated.
