1) 312 West 90th. Hasn't closed yet, last ask below 3m. All freemarket. In contract. 2) 317 West 77th. Closed below 4m. 6 stories. 18ish feet.

You know, I am coming around to looking at THs. :) Maybe I'll stick it under my mother's name, and lower the tax rate :) How can NYC go after a 67yo w/o employment and who doesn't speak the language?

Nice. The senior tax break is substantial. Too bad she's not also a veteran.

I'll sign her up for a tour of duty in afghanistan... thank god, there's plenty of wars to choose from...
