true. what do you think the affect on prices will be if we see some kind of "moratorium" on foreclosures?
i agree that these banks (scumbags to home buyers on the way in and way out) should be investigated and make sure they have proper paperwork for these foreclosures but is this the right thing or is it just political grandstanding?
