FSBO: How willing are you to give a listing to a broker when they ask you for one?

I've seen a few apartments which are FSBO and, in each case, the owner had an unrealistic idea of the value of the apartment for sale as compared to the market price. I do not know if this is true in the majority of FSBO listings, but it has been my experience that some owners could benefit from at least speaking with a broker about pricing their apartment.
