This article which announces sales incentives for studio buyers at The Cammeyer says that they are 50% sold (of 67 units). I count 20 closed on SE with no contracts out. How is that 50%. What gives? A quick look in ACRIS for "K-W 650 ASSOCIATES LLC" shows about 29 closings, and 2 more listed under "K-W 650 ASSOCIATES, LLC". Everything that is listed as sold on the date 07/22/2010 doesn't have a recorded sale price on streeteasy... but for example 2H sold for $2,036,500

Still not 50%, but 31/67 is close...
