Hopefully then they can create some stability here. Most people used to be angry when the Japanese were buying real estate, Rockefeller Center as a ideal example. But it is a good thing. Imagine if the Stuyvesant Town Projects were bought by the Japanese or Chinese. That would have been good for New York more than if the banks got stuck with it now.
