that was nyc i think...but I agree there is a lot of inventory/open houses....and looking at UD contracts signed this week I see 158. That seems pretty low, I'd say for sept and now october sales are as weak as they were this summer which was slow even with seasonality. which makes it even slower for the fall

another measure looks like pending sales are dropping like a rock, now at lowest point since early/mid 09.

With all these open houses, how come I can not find one open house apartment in the UES or UWS to see this afternoon? I've gone to open houses for the last 4 weekends, but nothing today to see.
