Ikea kitchen planner glitch and installer query

Ikea's website just disappeared a kitchen plan that we spent hours and hours working on a few weeks ago and thought was secure. Just a heads-up to others--I had no idea that this could happen, but computers are computers, I guess. They've got a new kitchen planner program, and the old one (with our plans on it) is accessible only in-store. The new one still feels a little beta to me and I can't access it on a Mac. That said, we've slaved over it again and are getting ready to order. Can anyone recommend Ikea cabinet installers? I've browsed the site, but can't find any--maybe I've missed something? Thanks!
