Check out these units, they're definitely more than expected. Some charmingly ingenious features include: vented washer dryer, high ceilings with significant storage capacity, and they already have a retail client -- the local deli / quick fix super market. http://wp.me/pkLe1-9H I was unexpectedly impressed.

What strange layouts... why would someone need 2 bathrooms in a 1BR? The laundry room in a 1BR is kinda cool, though.
I think the location sucks, but I guess that's built into the price. This building could be an alternative to the Be@ buyers, I suppose.

Right across the street from the projects... and the tall buildings are blocking the view.

Building is ok - a friend lives in it - but I think still overpriced considering you are basically living in one of the biggest collections of projects in the city.
