Crap, the market is up despite no fundamentals to support it, let's increase the price $100k!

way overpriced for what it is. Took a look 3 months ago. they should have left the apartments as is and sold them. They did the cheapest renovation of the kitchen, crap cabinets and crap appliances. they are asking way to much for such a shoddy job. then there is the fact it faces nothing. i would say worth maybe 800-850k and that still may be high considering the kitchen has to be done again.
