Why unlikely? Great economic / employment opportunities. Significant foreign investment. Beautiful beachfront cities? Varied and multiple cultural venues. Low crime. Great social environment with plentiful restaurants, bars. What's not to like??

sjtmd — exactly. If the Associated Press were writing about pretty much any other country on earth, there would be no "unlikely" in the title. That's how the subtle propaganda works. Unfortunately.
