aside from the living room the apartment is a cave: very very dark. but great location.

I am thinking 1200 as most of the rooms are tiny.

hard to guage sq footage from floorplan provided as it's not to scale.
if the living room dimension of 13'9 is correct, the scaled dimension would be @ 18, not 21'2.
