London Terrace

We looked extensively in London Terrace (ended up going in a completely different direction), and the four buildings are very different. I think there's some value in separating the listings.

405/410 are much closer to the subways, but a full block away from the building's gym and roofdeck with no inside access. 465/470 have direct access to the gym (470 to the roofdeck) and have cheaper maintenance because 10th Ave. was considered much less desirable at the time of conversion. Maintenance on the one bedrooms can easily be $250/month cheaper in 465/470 v. 405/410 on the one bedroom units. For that much in savings, I'd walk a little extra to the subway.
