Rental at 28-28 48th Street

Nice apartment, Living room was TINY!!! But the bedroom and kitchen/Dining room were spacious enough to make it work. The backyard patio/Garden area was picturesque, but once I was told that it was not really private, as the owners Grandmother had access and liked to garden there, as well as a strict "No Barbecues" rule, it really turned me off to the place. The lack of space was manageable, for that backyard. But to limit it's use seemed silly. Also, listing the place as "Astoria" is really kind of a misnomer, as it's really closer to Woodside then Astoria.
