What do you think of this property? http://realestate.nytimes.com/sales/detail/84-392318/136-west-70th-street-New-York-NY-10023 The unit is on the top floor of a walk-up building, facing north but with low maintenance fee. Any opinions... ?

No floorplan? How tiny is it? And what "services" does the "low maintenance" really provide?
