That's not a 2bedroom apt, it's a converted Junior 4

The second bedroom's wall is there in the original plans, and the G and H lines are called a full four rooms: http://nyre.cul.columbia.edu/projects/view/16631#images

It does have the typical Jr-4 layout problem, with BR #2 right off the LR.

The apartment is a true two bedroom, as the second bedroom has a large closet.
It's nicely renovated and makes great use of the space.
The low maintenance makes it very attractive.

"The low maintenance makes it very attractive."

ok, then go for it! but you can rent a 2bd with 2 bathrooms for much less than the monthly carrying costs of buying this unit (too small imho with tiny closets, CC at $1,2k doesn't seem so low for such a small unit).

dont get into the rent vs buy argument in the thread lol.

this is a Jr 2br then? is there such a classification? I dont see much of a difference between this and a converted junior-4 except that a converted junior-4 in a coop will probably have a larger kitchen.

there is nothing worse to me than a square footage misrepresentation
