Maybe if they'd actually configured the place to include a window or two in the main living/dining area they'd get a better price.

Not too insane for 1900 sq feet in a doorman building.

One shower, and that's accessible only via the master bedroom... nice.

Yeah, I don't think it's any mystery why this place is having a hard time selling.

Ugh! Miette is right! Absolutely NO natural light in the living/dining/kitchen areas.

Unfortunately, this is what happens when you reconfigure office buildings that were never meant to be lived in into residential apartment units.

If they configured for windows in the LR/DR then there would be no BR's since those are required to have windows.

But lots and LOTS of mirrors.

I'm pretty sure Patrick Bateman killed somebody in there.

With all of the inventory in FiDI (many at the >$1.5mm range), where and when will FiDi hit bottom? Is a $500 psf condo perceivable?

Still a lot of inventory, and inventory with lots of issues (poor light, poor floorplans,etc.).
Ive see a few new developments and it's like they all went to the same class on to make a 2 bed 2 bath under 1200 sqft.
First, you combine the kitchen, living room, and dining room. You call it, the Great Room.
Then add 20% to square footage totals and hope people think with that number, they can pretend they can extend a room.
