It probably didn't need to be a 7 minute bit, but that's nitpicking. The first few minutes had me laughing so hard I cried.

Hilarious. And a very good explanation. But what I didn't know by trolling the Jon Stewart site was that the Mortgage Bankers Association strategically defaulted on their building. Not nearly as funny but just amazing.
