More of the same, people losing their shirts on Mcmansions in the suburbs. Don't buy one now? Don't buy one ever, is more like it. Places like Dallas, Atlanta, and Seattle have actually held their home values in good city neighborhoods, the problem is with the sprawl areas. The only correlation this has to Manhattan is for new condos built in fringe locations.
"To use this product, you need to install free software" -- and I won't let you click back onto streeteasy. Damn msn video.
I'm guessing that dhosang is ESL (English Second Language). I think "dear" is supposed to be "dare" and "by" is supposed to be "buy" -- but that could be a failure of imagination on my part: maybe "@#%!" is the key to the sentence.
Anyway, de market es soft, gud tim to by!!
It could also be that nobody proofreads what they type before pressing the 'send' button. "I'm just sooooooo busy; who cares if I look like an idiot?"
Hey Cramer, sure hope you don't loose your job over that comment, your RENT is due on Monday
