i don't know anything about the building, but at 20% down and a 4.5% mortgage, you are looking at $4k gross per month, which seems reasonable for a 2/1 in that nabe in what looks to be very good condition. plus you get those stainless 'steal' appliances. I mean, really, at a projected commission to the seller's agent of 1.5%, or about $10k, couldn't she at least proofread?

why doesn't the master bedroom have windows. Isn't it dangerous to sleep in a room with no windows/exits? Also, isn't it categorized as a home office when no windows?

apt23 - That's just a bad floorplan - if you look at the photos, both bedrooms have windows.

It looks like they converted half of the living room to a bedroom.

Hofo, I don't think so -- the current living room isn't that small or awkwardly shaped, and 1E (the only other E-line listing) has the same floorplan.
