Now Extell is going to state court to get try and get a reversal of a decision that has been already mandated by the AG, and 2 other court decisions. It seems that there has to be some kind of penalty imposed on Extell for this kind of behavior...

How many closed apartments are actually lived in. The gym is always empty.
