I lived in the building for 5 years. Loved it.

I used to own there from 2006-2009. The building is well maintained and the apartments have nice high ceilings which make them seem more spacious. Its also nice to have laundry on each floor. I would not buy there due to the high maint. However, I think that the rental can be good deals. Just be sure you like the neighborhood.
