62 Greene #2 -- the most overpriced loft in Soho?

Is there a more absurdly priced loft than this in Soho? Hmmm, would be hard pressed to find it! Over $1300/ft for a raw second floor loft that is in the middle of the block with poor light. Architect ready!! Really, even at the height of the market two years ago people would have laughed their ass off at this one....

probably 20% less. do not forget $500 maintenance. usually it would be $3K at least. that is 30k saving. adds $750K to price at 4% rate.
