Wow, what's with this owner, and the owner of the PH in 299 West 12th Street that make them think that they can list tiny 1br at 5.5m+? I'm guessing this one is around 900sqft, that puts it at 6111psf. Do you guys think this is a realistic price? No. It is ridiculous. Fabulous views, astronomical aspirations. I think $3M is slightly more realistic.

They haven't sold, have they? The price is just an indication of what the owner and the broker would like. They're hoping that for that special West Village pad, someone very rich will come, someone for whom $5 million is pocket change. One can dream!

Those buildings have always sold for ridiculous prices - pre-war Bing & Bing CONDOS in west village.
