Discussion about
This seems to be a positive development: http://ihs-220.titlevest.com/home.nsf/vwTVNewsDisplay/2EFECD19A09D589F862577C9004DBE72? They claim to be providing access to the offering plans free for the beta period at least. I can't seem to figure out how to access the library from their site but maybe the press release went up before the actual service.

This is great, some management firms already have them online. I had one attorney refuse a digital copy a few months ago. Now if they could get ALL board packages online, let's get digital.

New York STate Attoney General's office should have already made this service available instead of requiring a trek downtown. Yet another example of Government not keeping up with technology.

Why ? War is good. NO?
in Italy, for thirty years under the Borgias, they had warfare, terror, murder, bloodshed, but they produced Michaelangelo - Leonardo Da Vinci, and the Renaissance...In Switzerland, they had brotherly love. They had five hundred years of democracy and peace, and what did that produce?...The cuckoo clock!

Good for art, maybe. Not so good for the living standards of the people who aren't rich and powerful enough to be patrons of the arts.
