3 bedroom ,$2.5 million range.....before wall street bonuses (jan/feb) or after (march, april)........ Sincerely not a wall street guy

My Wall Streeters are looking now. I'd say Jan.

And I'm happy to come take a look at the place if you don't already have an agent. I live UWS but primarily work downtown (Tribeca/Village/Chelsea)
