North side of the building. The line is sold out. The floors immediately above and below if went for $748k and $728k, so it's in line with the most relevant comps and should trade somewhere in there.

The view from here is of a combination of neighbors, looking North at the bridge, and the water. Far from the worst available in this building. An overall relatively inexpensive way to get into the building without the likelihood of living above a construction site for years when they build South of the building and do whatever they're going to do with the BQE.
