Riversider, my building is spurting out a kid every month or so. You would think the place is filled with rabbits.

Well The Upper West is the best place to raise kids in the city. You have Riverside Park, Central Park. Two great public schools. The list goes on.

It's been like this for 5+years. I just realized today that Jann Werner owns the house at 57W69 with the acrobat act.
