Completely depends on what you want - what amenities are important to you. If you want a W/D in a 2+ bedroom, it has to be 88 bc 50 doesn't have them. If you want real hardwood floors and not parquet then it has to be 88 bc 50 doesn't have them. If you want Equinox in building it has to be 50 bc 88 doesn't have it. And the list goes on.
