Hi Naomico: The J51 preliminary certificate has been issued by the City. The building passed its inspection. The case has been assigned a manager by the City. So things are moving along. The typical time frame for tax abatement approval is 6-9 months after TCO has been issued. So we're looking at 2-3 more months. This is just a question of paperwork being done with the City - the abatement will be issued and we're willing to stand behind that. Feel free to contact me if you have any further questions.
