Discussion about
Broker said owner verbally agreed to our rental offer but here we are 9 days later still waiting for a standard lease to be drawn up. What's going on? Is the owner holding out for a better offer? Does it really take over a week to get a lease? This isn't for the application for the condo board, just a standard lease.

you need to call the broker and ask what's going on... that you want a lease within the next 24 hours.

ppl in this city don't wait 9 mins for anything - get on it, call the broker.
