Don't understand the pricing strategy here at all. Not selling, so some gradual decreases, then a bump back to the original ask, then another cut? No wonder it ain't moving. I want to like it, but the space seems odd despite the 2,400 sqft. Anyone actually seen it?

I take it the better of the two floorplans with staircase is the projected plan. If the seller had already done this it would have had a far better chance over the last 300+ days on the market.
