Discussion about Pascal Condominium at 333 East 109th Street in East Harlem
Pascal has just launched on October 17th 2010, this building is still under contstruction whereas at Conrad, 33 units are already fully occupied.. As of today November 8th, 2010, 8 contracts and a number of offers at Pascal.
When will the details of these contracts become available?
looks like that 8 contract comment is pretty much a myth...
Hi Grace, any update on when the details on teh closing contracts will become available? Thanks
Conrad is 100% Sold. Pascal is at the very final phase of construction and will be getting TCO in about a 4-6 weeks. Feel free to come by to an open house. They are typically held on Sundays 12-2pm or Wednesday 5-630pm.
Buyer beware. You will be very sorry.
neighborhood?
Rox, can you please explain what issue's youre having? I'm interested in this building and just saw your cryptic response. Neighborhood is east harlem(109 & 2nd)
Nothing wrong with neighborhood except not lots of good restaurant and grocery stores but Fresh Direct delivers. Spoke to someone who bought in Aura and the engineer report stated problems.Problems with Conrad as well. Built by same developer.
Hi Rox23, what kind problem are they having more specifically?
This buildings amazing. Can't wait to move in, closing in the next week. It's been the smoothest deal i've ever done. Everybody seems super cool and the building itself it outstanding. Went by today and the backyard is gorgeous. From what i've heard, nothing but good things and these developers seem to know what their doing. I was a little skeptical moving into the neighborhood(lived downtown for the past 12 years, but after going up there at night I felt perfectly safe.
I have recently financed a unit in this building, and have it approved for great rates and cheap closing costs. Call or email me to find out more.

Is it safe in this neighborhood?
No!
* the area is subject to block-leveling natural gas explosions
* it sits near the 125th Street seismic fault line
* Riker's Island is a hop skip and a jump away
* its low-lying filled-swamp land is subject to storm-surge flooding
* wilding is back in fashion
* the nearest major bridge was recently renamed for the assassinated Robert Fitzgerald Kennedy
* it's Harlem
On the other hand, it isn't in Willamsburgh.
That's true.
