Discussion about 20 East 9th Street #5O
I just want to point out that this is virtually the same apartment as 8K and 19F, obviously on higher floors, which sold for approx. $1.8M and $2M respectively less than a year ago. This apartment was on the market from Spring 2008-Spring 2009 (cleverly listed as 5OP so it does not show up on the streeteasy history), beginning at $3M. If you want to pay more than your neighbors on higher floors (check out the views of WSP from 19F), that's up to you, but it looks like that's what it will take.
