905 west end vs 845 west end

I am in the market for a 3 bed/bath apt in the mid 2m range. I recently saw both of these buildings- like both but am leaning towards 845. Anyone have any thoughts on why one is better then the other? Both are conversions which scares me a little and I think both are a little on the hgh side as far as pricing. Mostly am worried about the rent stabilized tenants and how they feel about the conversions and paying over 2m to live with rent stabilized tenants.

I have friends in 905, and their apartment is lovely. Pros to me about 845 are (i) nicer lobby, (ii) slightly nicer location from my perspective, (iii)central AC. Con is that the askings are more expensive relative to 905.

845 WEA for sure. Finishes and layouts are so much nicer.
