Let me ask all the sellers something, we are coming up on Thanksgiving very quickly, then x-mas, then new year and then 2/3 months of "too" cold to spend $1MM period.... well what is the "COST" of 4 months in LIMBO versus OUT NOW. What lowball bid would you take? 5%, 10% or 15%?

:) Happy HOLIDAYS!

W67street-I can tell you as a buyer I am inclined to wait until March to buy. First reason being is that I don't get my bonus until the end of Feb and then you are right - too cold to go looking.

seems to be over 1100 open houses less than there were just a month or so ago. how does that fit in with your market analysis 67? feeling stupid yet?

Yo! Falco! Excelsior!

Erikie, if it's been elevated and has now come down, when did it get elevated in your lemming estimation? Flmaoz.

Falcon- had you read my post correctly you would have seen the part about bonus in February - which I need to be able to trade up. Why not wait until March to buy- who the hell wants to move in the worst part of winter- hence March. Thanks for the obnoxious reply though

Is the number of open houses in excess of the "thousands of people who have touched [w67thstreet's] wife"? Or the number of open houses hasn't quite reached that level?

my question is are you now doubting this as a market indicator? do you really think a bunch of us colluded together in order to have less open houses week over week?
