One other theory I have about nyc rental/sale borkers. Given how long the bad reputation has been around, it is firmly my belief that the powers that be encourage a certan % of complete utter disasters as agents. Sorry to say jim_hones10 but there's no grounds for a restraining order. You are under no actual threat or harm and your true person isn't even known. I know people here, maybe people who live in an apartment, or people who like the number 23, like to think otherwise, but sometimes people like that are actually more harmful to their own family members like maybe their husbands who they might call the police on and then tell the police they were just kidding in a harebrained scheme to get revenge on a neighbor.
