Discussion about
Do people pay more for a true two bedroom if there is only one bath or is it on par with a converted 2 bedroom with one bath? thoughts?

By def converted means no dining area. Ipso facto ergo and hence ..... 2bdrm wo dining area = 1 with dining area. Take or minus studs and dry wall.

It depends upon the individual property. One bath is always going to suffer in comparison to a second bath, and there are a lot of converted jr. 4s out there where the second "bedroom" is either windowless, extremely small or lacks a closet. Those generally do not compare favorably to true two-bedrooms, but a lot depends upon layout, location, floor, etc.
