Discussion about 1016 Fifth Avenue #12B
RICH people don't drop prices... we wait till the riff raff earn enough to pay WHAT WE ARE DUE! jump off the window too
Wait, which one is the troll again?
w67: Is it really necessary to start a thread about every 10% price cut? Isn't that the point of the "Chasing the Market Down: Our Favorite Price-Choppers" thread?
Not personal westie81.
But just so you know and I know where we stand.... these posts were about NYC RE, was sorta funny commentary... and if someone bought a nice place from you or another RE professional, that 10% drop just wiped out 50% of their equity if not more....
JUST SO we are all clear... I've don't see the bottom on NYC RE for a long time.... that sort of goes against you and your ilk....Nothing personal...
you bjw.... I was thinking of a glory hole/korean taco stand.... a mobile bj unit as it were.... :)
westie, sounds epic. Let's do an LLC together and make it happen. Have one at every damn tourist trap site in this city. Maybe then we can buy these pricey properties.
do you think this apartment was staged by homeless guys?
Faldo. You mean the half used ketchup bottles strewn about the kitchen. Flmaoz.
Stay classy 5th ave sellers......
the broker is the owner
You guys must be the cleanest neat-freaks ever - there is nothing even close to "homeless" in these photos. Let alone any ketchup bottles (look closely next time).
I like the steel cabinets in the kitchen, and chrome-edged formica, and the original to-the-ceiling tile in kitchen and baths. The vented hood is good too, but can't tell if it goes out the wall or into the original flue behind the stove.
Those maids rooms look straight out of Dickens. Maybe some Goldman Sachs whore could convert them into shoe and handbag closets.
Does it qualify as a price drop one week after it was listed? One week on the market folks. Just another realtor game so that they can say that there was a drastic price reduction when it is all part of a phony marketing plan.
