Okay, what's the issue with this place?

I just asked my broker about this place and I'm told it's an erroneous listing and the bldg in question is actually 61 W62nd St. I know it was too good to be true ;-)

Not to worry, just a few more tweaks here and there and soon we shall be on par with Bratislava, Slovakia at $500/ft.

So now it is "No Longer Available" So what is the truth? It does not look like any of the listings at 61 W 62. Bait and Switch. A real apt at low price? What gives?
